King County health officials say more than 2,500 appointment slots are available at the clinics each day from Thursday through Monday. They anticipate additional appointments next week as well. Both sites are offering either the Moderna or Pfizer vaccine. In addition to clinics already planned for Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, Public Health is adding an additional vaccination clinic on Sunday. South King County residents can register for an appointment on Public Health’s vaccine website or call 206-477-3977 for assistance by phone. King County Public Health says over 56% of King County residents 16 and older have received at least one dose of the COVID-19 vaccine. However, the number is slightly lower in south King County where only around 47% of residents 16 and older have received at least one dose.
